I vow to love me and appreciate the woman that I am. I vow to never compare myself to a skinny wench that I see. I vow to never let a man feel that he is doing me a favor by being with me. I vow to wear clothes that complement my figure and not clothes that are screaming for help. I vow to hold my head up in public and do a Naomi Campbell walk just for the hell of it. I vow to look at myself in mirror naked everyday and love what I see. I vow to never stop eating just to look like women in media. I vow to have some me time at least once a week where I cater to myself. I vow to never let someone take advantage of me. I vow to laugh at people when they call me fat as if I can't see and FAT means fine and tantalizing anway. I vow to tell people if they do call me fat that fat can go away, but ugly is here to stay. I vow to lose weight if my doctor says that I should and realize that I'm not unhealthy just because I'm fat. I vow to fix myself up everyday and not look like death when I face the world. I vow to order the whole menu if I want to when I go to a restaurant and not care what people think. I vow to be me and never change for anyone. I vow to love and serve God, for he made me beautifully. I vow to realize that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I vow to nurture my belly and pet it when it needs petting. LOL! Yall get the picture....

`I love, love love this vow! I think its so important that we as fat girls love ourselves so in saying that I vow to strut my stuff at all times. I vow to be confident and fierce and let not what the haters say stray or deter me from any of my goals! 2 hot 2 handle and 2 bold 2 hold! twice
